What is the difference between Priority Q&A and 1:1 Coaching?
On my YouTube channel, I regularly answer questions live or through submissions from my audience.
Priority Q&A allows you to submit a question privately and receive a more targeted and in-depth response that is never shared publicly.
1:1 Coaching, on the other hand, is a live video session where we speak directly. This option is ideal if you want real-time conversation, clarity, and actionable steps to move forward. These sessions are perfect for women who want a mindset shift, guidance through a specific situation, or a motivational reset. 1:1 Coaching is also available as maintenance sessions for previous clients who have completed a coaching package or a past session.

Do you offer coaching packages?
Yes. I offer 1:1 coaching packages that run for 3 months or 6 months, depending on the level of support you need.
Packages are ideal for women who want a more structured and consistent coaching experience that includes:

During our sessions we will evaluate:

- What obstacles you’re encountering

Each coaching package is fully individualized to support your unique goals and challenges.
How will I be notified of upcoming coaching sessions?
Once you sign up and submit payment, you will schedule a recurring weekly session time.
Each week you will receive an email reminder with the Zoom link for our upcoming session.
What if I cannot make a scheduled session?
Life happens! If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please provide at least 12 hours notice.
When possible, we will either:
- Reschedule your session within the same week, or
- Add the missed session to the end of your coaching program.
When do you offer group coaching?
Group coaching sessions are offered periodically based on my calendar availability.

What is the refund policy?
