Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Lilian Shekinah Coaching. I value your trust and am committed to providing high-quality coaching services and digital resources. Please review the following refund policy before making a purchase.
Coaching Services
Due to the time, preparation, and scheduling involved, all coaching purchases are final.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Completed coaching sessions
- Missed appointments or no-shows
- Unused coaching sessions after the expiration period stated in your Coaching Agreement
- Partial completion of coaching packages
- Dissatisfaction based on personal effort, implementation, or outcomes
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and actively participating in the coaching process.
Session Expiration
Coaching sessions and coaching packages must be used within the timeframe specified in your signed Coaching Agreement. Any unused sessions remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited without refund unless otherwise stated in writing.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients may reschedule appointments with the advance notice required in their Coaching Agreement.
Appointments cancelled outside of the required notice period or missed without notice may be considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Digital Products
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided for:
- eBooks
- Workbooks
- Guides
- Templates
- Digital downloads
- Audio files
- Printable resources
- Courses or other downloadable materials
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable once billed. You may cancel future recurring payments at any time before your next billing cycle. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered if required by applicable law or if Lilian Shekinah Coaching is unable to deliver the purchased service due to circumstances solely within our control.
