🎧 HOW THIS WORKS: A Simple 3-Step Process

Step 1: Email Me Your Details
After purchasing, please email me:

• 📝 A list of your goals or affirmations (or a short script)

• 🎯 Your affirmation preference — e.g., motivational, calm, spiritual, success-focused, etc.

• 🎵 Your preferred background music style (soft piano, nature, ambient, binaural, etc.)

👉 If you don’t have a script, no problem — I’ll craft affirmations tailored to your goals.

Step 2: Record Your Voice
Record your affirmations on your phone or computer.
📱 Voice Recording Instructions:

• Find a quiet room with minimal echo or background noise.

• Open your Voice Memos app (or any audio recorder).

• Speak slowly, clearly, and confidently.

• Leave a short pause between each affirmation.

• Save your recording as an MP3 or M4A file.

Then, email your voice file to me along with your details.

Step 3: I Create Your Custom Affirmation Audio
I’ll:

Voice Ownership & Rights
You (the customer) retain full ownership of your voice recordings and the final audio product.
By submitting your materials, you grant me (the creator) permission to use short, anonymized audio samples for portfolio or promotional purposes only. If you prefer complete privacy, please specify this at the time of purchase.

Usage License
The delivered MP3 is licensed for personal use only.
For any commercial or public use (e.g., resale, podcasts, apps, YouTube channels, or distribution), an additional commercial license fee is required.

File Formats
All projects are delivered in high-quality MP3 (320 kbps) format by default.
Other formats (WAV or FLAC) are available upon request at no extra cost.

Revision Policy
Each order includes one (1) revision round for minor edits such as timing or background level adjustments.
Additional revisions or major changes (e.g., new voice takes, new affirmations) will incur an additional charge.

Turnaround Time
Standard delivery is 3 business days for the Basic package.
Faster turnaround options are available for an extra fee.

Recording Quality
To ensure the best possible result, please record your voice in a quiet environment with minimal background noise.
If your audio file requires significant cleaning or re-recording due to poor quality, an extra fee and extended turnaround time may apply.

Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and digital nature of this service, no refunds are provided once work has begun or files have been delivered.

Confidentiality
All submitted voice recordings and related materials are handled with strict confidentiality.
Voice prints and audio files are deleted immediately after final delivery, unless otherwise requested for future updates or revisions.
